Your mind, body and soul are constantly working together, sending you messages of how to create empowering change in your life. Through my personal healing and spiritual journey and extensive study and training, I have an abundance of approaches at my disposal to support you to step into the fullness of your life, well-being and potential. You too can evolve, just like I have. There is always a way as the answers are within us.
The main gifts I can offer you are compassionate support, non-judgement and guidance entirely focused on your wellness and evolution. I do this by acting as a catalyst, helping you to activate your light. This ignites the healing, self-supporting and sustaining fire and wisdom within you, which allows you to navigate your way back to well-being, empowerment and joy.

Credentials
Kay Turner has been teaching and working with children and adults in a pastoral and healing capacity since 1996. She graduated from Durham University with a BA (hons) First-Class in Theology in 1995 and went on to study a PGCE in Religious Education at York St John the following year.
She worked in Secondary Education as a teacher of RE, Psychology and Health and Social Care, a Curriculum Leader and a Sixth Form Head of Year between 1996 and 2016, apart from a short career break during which she gave birth to three children, completed a counselling qualification, MA in Theology and undertook volunteer pastoral work at a Healing Centre.
Since 2016 Kay has qualified as a Wellbeing Coach, Yin Yoga Teacher and a Trainer and Advanced Practitioner in Energy Medicine, Mysticism and Shamanic Healing. Currently, she is training as a Rose Lineage Priestess. In addition to her service to her private clients, groups and retreats throughout North Yorkshire and on-line globally, she has worked as the Lead Retreat Facilitator and Wellbeing and Spirituality Coach at Raw Horizons in North Yorkshire.
